How long will it take for customer service to respond?
You can expect a response within 1-3 business days. Our customer service team works Monday to Friday.
My tracking information says my package was delivered but I have not received my package. What should I do now?
On few occasions, the courier service may deliver your package late - please wait one business day to see if this is the case. If you have waited two to three days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Please note that once the package is in care of the courier, delivery is their responsibility. We cannot guarantee any courier as their schedule, work ethic, employees, and delivery are completely out of our control.
Where are your products made?
Our return policy is valid only within 30 days of the shipping date in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. The item must be is unused and returned in original packaging and must contain all the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) we will arrange a refund. Please contact us through the website and we will be in contact with you to arrange the return. Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address so we can provide you with a return shipping label.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders will be shipped by Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, and FedEx standard ground. Over-sized or overweight orders may be shipped using a different freight carrier and may require scheduling for delivery. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses. After we receive your order please allow up to 3 to 4 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delivery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. When your order ships we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We are sorry, but currently we only ship domestically within Canada.
