We bought the first Camp Chef pizza oven 18 months ago, but it was winter, so we didn't use it immediately. As soon as the weather started to warm up, we opened it up only to find it would start but not stay lit/on. We returned and got a replacement. The second Camp Chef pizza oven also had problems. It would start, but wouldn't say lit. We went online, did trouble-shooting and eventually got in touch with Camp Chef. Their solution was to send a replacement part. PLUS if that didn't work, we were told to take it apart to fiddle and re-attach the regulator. Remember: This is a BRAND NEW Camp Chef pizza oven....and we are being told to take it apart and do our OWN repairs. Fast-forward...it's now 18 months...it's out of warranty...we did the requested repairs AND it's never worked. It will light, but ALWAYS turns itself off so it can never reach maximum heat (for pizza ovens this is pretty critical). TOTAL waste of $300+ AND our time. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
